We are proud to offer Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
Delivery Times: 7-21 business days depending on your country and location. Delivery times may take longer due to the current world situation. The average delivery time since Covid-19 has been 15 - 25 business days. COVID-19 has caused a delay in delivery times and in some rare cases deliveries can take up to months for your package to be delivered depending on your location. Once your package is shipped you can be rest assured that it will be delivered as it is already in transit. We appreciate your patience at this time and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Due to this inconvenience, all items in our store will be discounted for a limited time only. Shop now while supplies last. It is uncertain if we will be restocking certain items. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 10 business days during peak periods. Priority shipping is not faster shipping. We prioritize your order to be shipped before orders with standard shipping.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which can take an additional 2–7 days depending on the product.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–30 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, FedEx, or epacket,which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. All orders will receive tracking information once the order ships.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
As for printed products
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
It usually takes our experts 2 - 3 business days to produce and ship an order.
With 10 locations in 6 different countries, we enable our customers to benefit from the global carriers through which we deliver. Our system distributes the production work to the regional factory closest to you to guarantee the fastest possible delivery time.
Every order is shipped with a live tracking number.
GLOBAL CARRIERS
We currently ship with the following global shipping partners: FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL Express, Canadian Post, Australia Post, MRW España and Aramex.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUEST
To ensure that your order is delivered successfully, please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order. We don't ship to P.O. Boxes and need an alternative shipping address in those cases.
We can change or update your shipping address within 2 hours after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address and you would need to contact the shipping carrier directly in order to make a change to your shipping address.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of your purchase. We may not exchange or cancel your order after 12 hours, as it will already gone into production.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to show on your account.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order we ship includes a tracking link that shows progress of your delivery. Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and an expected delivery date from the shipping carrier. This process can take up to 5 days after you have placed your order.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
In the rare case your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you have received your order and we will replace it for you right away.
1. Take a few photos showing the issue with your order and send them to us via email to info@simplebn.com
2. Please include your full name and order # as it appears on your order confirmation email. Also provide a brief summary of the issue.
Our team will respond to you within 24 hours.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you haven't received your order, but tracking is showing it was delivered, we ask to please allow up to 48 hours for your delivery to show up before contacting the shipping carrier. We have experienced that shipping carriers occasionally mark deliveries complete before they are delivered, which unfortunately is beyond our control.
If your order is still not delivered to the address that was submitted with the order, and no additional information is provided by the shipping carrier, we ask that you file a "lost package" claim directly with the carrier as the recipient. Once you have filed a claim, please email us the claim number to info@simplebn.com and we will follow up with the shipping carrier to take care of the rest.
